We will process and ship your order within 7 business days. (Pls note this is only an estimated time, it can be changed due to current workload. Please be aware that your order may be shipped sooner but can certainly take longer as well.)

If you need it faster, please contact us, we will expedite your order to 4  business days instead of 7  business days.  If you need it by certain date, please send us message to let us know!

We process all orders within 7  business days of purchase. If we're experiencing a high volume of orders, there may be slight delays.

Once your order ships, you can typically expect delivery within 7 to 25 business days, depending on your location. Your happy mail is on its way!

If we anticipate any significant delays, we’ll notify you via email to keep you in the loop.

Where is my tracking?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number.

You can also track your order anytime on our website’s "Track Your Order" page—just head to our homepage and find the tracking section. 

I placed my order and need to change my address.

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order, as we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once the order is placed.

If you notice a mistake, contact us ASAP at service@lumecoco.com—we’ll do our best to assist you! However, if your order has already shipped, we won’t be able to update the address.

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can reship it once we receive it back, but you’ll need to cover the additional shipping costs.

Please note: We do not offer refunds for orders with incorrect addresses, so be sure to double-check before placing your order!

Do you combine shipping?

We are sorry but combined shipping is not available.  Please make sure your order is correct before checkout.
